Elaine + Jamar Wedding

There are plenty of perks of being a wedding photographer, one of which is having the opportunity to meet couples in new and exciting locations. Elaine and Jamar’s wedding took place in Hudson, NH and I just want to say that they chose a great location! Alvirne Memorial Chapel is absolutely gorgeous, and made a great backdrop for the shoot. Another perk that I love is the sense of connection and trust that I feel from the minute I meet a new couple and they invite me to share their special day.

Elaine and Jamar are one of the sweetest couples I’ve ever met. There aren’t any other words to say how humble, down-to-earth and nice they are towards everyone they know. By the end of the night, I knew – or at least hoped – I’d see them again.

Gina + Tommy Wedding

We live through our emotions. Our ability to feel and love permeates throughout our daily life. Wedding day is one of the times in our life that the feeling of joy, happiness, and love are mixed together and displayed for all to see. I knew Gina and Tommy for a while now and I know that they were waiting for this day for a while. Their wedding photos came out with so much emotions I had trouble choosing selected photos for the blog. One thing for sure though, Polish wedding tradition = FUN! Congratulations both of you.

Brittney + Anthony Wedding

There have been quite a few incidents in my past that have made me realize that life somehow fits itself together like a puzzle. The pieces might not seem clear at first, but in the end it all comes together into one big picture. This is one of those stories.

For half a year, Brittney’s mom, Lynn, who is quite possibly the sweetest and most hard working individual I know, has driven me in her shuttle back and forth to Quincy Center (the subway stop in Boston) from my residence building. A random conversation about my profession turned into a consultation, a friendship, and ultimately, a gig at her daughter’s wedding.

I’m blessed to have had the chance to shoot Brittney and Anthony’s wedding – not only because I’ve felt that their family has pretty much adopted me into theirs, but because it’s another way for me to say thank you for showing me what an amazingly close-knit family and network of friends can do for your life. This wedding is hard to describe, but the two simple words that I have in mind apply to both the ceremony and the couple: sweet, and fun. Enjoy!

Kathleen + Vincent Wedding

As always, being a wedding photographer is more than just being there to document the event. I tried to infuse as much creativity and fun into each shots. Photography is the art of creating photos through the use of light.
Techniques such as adding creativity into the shots by off-camera lighting or understanding where to place the subject, as well as the idea that I can freeze moments in time, are the food that feeds my hunger and passion as a wedding photographer.

This Kathleen and Vincent’s Wedding was so much fun to shoot. I didn’t expect I would be able to get the gorgeous landscape setting in Massachusetts. Congratulations again guys and thank you for sharing your moments with me 🙂
